The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of madeforarcade bv & madeforarcade.com. If you have any questions about these provisions, you can always contact us before purchasing via: sales@madeforarcade.com

General provisions

madeforarcade facilitates various entities and companies that manufacture and sell products from various vendors in different markets , regions and countries.

Prizes (give-aways / gifts)

No rights can be derived from free give-aways or prizes that are offered. No purchases needed to win store credit or shop discount prizes. All physical or tangible prizes are ex works and must be picked up in person from our central warehouse Goirle (NL). Shipping is also available at normal shipping rates. You can redeem physical or tangible prizes through a MadeforArcade representative by sending an e-mail. Our e-mail address is : madeforarcade@gmail.com.

Physical or tangible prizes can only be redeemed by verified existing customers who have purchased from the madeforarcade.com webshop in the last 60 months. Prize claim must originate from the same e-mail address as is on (sales)record. Prizes on the wheel change periodically so check back often. You can spin the wheel every few hours to win more or better prizes. 1 prize per e-mail domain per week.

Friends and family members of Madeforarcade staff , influencers and entities associated with or doing business with MadeforArcade are not eligible to win and are not eligible to collect prizes.

Prices

All prices mentioned on this website and in public are exclusive of VAT . For European intra-Community deliveries (B2B), a valid EU VAT number must be submitted prior to purchase. Customer service must be contacted in advance for a quote with 0% VAT.

Downpayments

all downpayments made towards machines are non-refundable. With your downpayment you order us to start production of your machine. You pay the remainder of the purchase price when your machine is ready for delivery.

Delivery

Goods are calculated and delivered from central warehouse in Goirle (NL) . Shipping costs in the webshop (if applicable) are calculated from Goirle (NL) and are displayed during check-out.

Trial period / reflection period

All products sold by madeforarcade are uniquely built to order and are geared towards B2B (business to business) transactions. As such, a 14 day trial period, as is common in the EU for standard goods sold online, is NOT applicable to our products. You can not return products for a full refund during a trail period or cooling off period, even if you are a private party.

storage rent

When machines are reported ready (by e-mail) for collection or delivery, or when the invoice has been paid, machines can be kept free of charge in the warehouse or showroom for the first 7 calendar days. After these 7 calendar days, a shed rental rate of 10 Euro per m3 per day applies for temporary storage of machines.

Abandonement

When machines or orders have been declared ready for transport and a period of 45 days or more has passed without payment for storage rent or without payment of the remainder of the balance (after an initial downpayment) the order and/or the machines will be regarded as abandoned by the buyer. Abandoned machines will be destroyed and any non-refundable deposits or payments that have been made towards the order will be regarded as compensation for lost materials, labor en storage.

Warranty

The normal warranty period on complete machines that have been commissioned by us is 1 year from the invoice date. No warranty is given on demo machines or second-hand machines or machines that have been installed or put into first operation by the enduser (e.g. machines that are not professionally installed by madeforarcade staff) , unless otherwise agreed in writing. Optionally, warranty can be purchased or the standard warranty period can be extended during the purchase of the equipment. The affiliated companies of madeforarcade.com conform to the standard Dutch (and where applicable European) warranty law. Your rights and obligations are therefore described in detail in the Civil Code. In the unlikely event that you have to invoke the warranty, you must return the parts, accessories and all machines up to 500 Kg free of charge to the service center where you purchased the machine. Any shipping costs are for your account. For machines that you have collected yourself, a carry-in warranty always applies, regardless of size or weight. You must present these devices and machines free of charge to the service center where you collected the machines.

Malfunctions and any warranty claims must always be reported in writing or submitted per e-mail to the company or point of sale where you purchased the machine, whereby the date of receipt is leading to determine whether a report falls within the warranty period. Oral or telephone reports will not be accepted.

The following faults and/or incidents are NOT covered by the warranty:

software errors including settings in the (windows) operating system
user changes in software parameters or settings and their consequences
use of machines outside the maximum specifications, accelerations and/or speeds or temperatures below 10 or above 30 degrees Celsius.
events after user changes in factory menus or configuration files
malfunctions, hitches or problems in the (auxiliary) attached equipment not provided by madeforarcade.com and the consequences thereof
failures, hitches, fluctuations or problems in the power supply to the machine and their consequences
crashes , drops , shocks and bumps in the broadest sense of the word (user error)

any warranty claim regarding machines that have been put into commercial service are null and void and will not be accepted or honored. Machines that are sold by MadeforArcade are for personal entertainment and are explicitly not suitable or intended for commercial use.

Response time and procedures in case of faults

Communication with madeforarcade and its affiliated companies is preferably done by e-mail. For general questions and communication by e-mail, we try to maintain a response time of a maximum of 2 working days. Critical malfunctions to machines (where machines are no longer operational) must always be reported by e-mail, whereby a detailed description of the malfunction is necessary. In the event of malfunctions, we try to propose a plan of action within 48 hours on working days.

Where possible, all malfunction reports are first handled by email or telephone. If the problem cannot be solved by telephone, a team viewer session will be scheduled where possible to remotely take over the computer and/or operating system of the machine. For this you need to make a WIFI connection between the machine and the internet, and you need to release teamviewer preinstalled on your system by sending the login codes.

If the need arises and the carry-in warranty does not apply, an attempt will be made to make a diagnosis as soon as possible, possibly in consultation with the factory or supplier. If parts or materials have to be ordered, we are dependent on the supplier’s delivery times. Parts always come from the (oversees) factory. Delivery times are subject to courier, customs and availability and can vary from 6 days to 21 days.

(Only for complex machines) -> If during diagnosis it appears that a factory technician must handle the case (due to warranty or complexity), the nearest factory technician will be flown in to pay a visit. We have no influence on the speed or availability of the technician and are dependent on the manufacturer/factory.

We are not liable for damage or costs arising from machine failures or defects and related delays, production costs, losses or missed deadlines.

Return Policy

All our machines are custom products that are built especially for you, per your order and/or specifications. It is therefore not automatically possible to return machines after purchase. In special cases, after consultation with you, we can decide to remarket custom-made machines that you want to return for you.

The following general & specific rates apply to the delivery of our services:

administrative charges : 90,- per hour with a minimum of Eu 45,-
remote service / breakdown service (telephone, e-mail, whatsapp): 125,- per hour
remote service / breakdown service (team viewer): 195,- per hour
service / breakdown service based on carry-in: 220,- per hour
service / breakdown service on location: 285,- per hour
minimum rate : 30 minutes

travel costs: 1.55 per kilometer

Payments

We accept payments via (international) bank transfer , IDEAL , bancontact , and many other mollie gateway payments.
