- Your files will be send straight to the printservice and are not checked by our staff unless you opted for a personal check-up at time of ordering.
- The normal deadline for submitting artwork is 21 days prior to shippingdate of your machine. A per diem rush fee of Eu 175,- applies for shorter periods.
Please doublecheck your designs for print errors and layout mistakes. Your files are directly sent to the printing queue unmodified and in the exact way as we receive them from you. Common mistakes include :
- Trapdoor panel 8 rotated 90 degrees. The trapdoor is higher than it is wide – see image.
- designs om panel 4 that are cut out due to trapdoor or bottom metal door – see image.
- designs on panel 4 that are obscured by the control box
- designs on panel 7 (top controller) that are obscured by joystick, LCD panel or button
- designs that go “around the corner” and do not line up. Note that panel 4 is taller than panel 2 and 6 they align at the bottom
