- Your files will be send straight to the printservice and are not checked by our staff unless you opted for a personal check-up at time of ordering.
- The normal deadline for submitting artwork is 21 days prior to shippingdate of your machine. A per diem rush fee applies for shorter periods.
Please doublecheck your designs for print errors and layout mistakes. Your files are directly sent to the printing queue unmodified and in the exact way as we receive them from you. Common mistakes include :
- designs om panel 4 that are cut out due to prize cave (8) or bottom metal door (see image)
- designs on panel 4 that are obscured by the control box (7)
- designs that go “around the corner” and do not line up. Note that panel 4 is taller than panel 2 and 6 they align at the bottom
- designs that go “around the corner” and do not line up. Note that panel 3 is smaller than panel 1 and 5 they align at the top.
- failure to convert fonts and all other objects to PATH. Do not include fonts with your artwork. All fonts need to be converted to vector paths.
- turning on compression. Do not compress files, zip them or convert them in any way. Only PDF files in their original format can be used.
- Note that your machines frames and control boxes are either fully white or fully black. Make sure to choose the correct base machine to match your artwork.
