Most madeforarcade machines are built after your order and subsequent payment have been confirmed. A typical build queue for a single order takes anywhere from 10 to 60 days as we run production batches of the same type of machine once per month. Some machines are always in stock or can be purchased with rush delivery if it is stated on the listing. These rush deliveries typically require a premium or a larger order.
If you do not mind waiting a bit longer on your larger order you can receive a substantial discount on select machines. By placing orders in advance we can produce the sold machine bodies in bulk without having to stock crazy large inventories. This saves us a lot of time and money so you can also benefit from a substantially lower price.
Once production is finished and your machines have been through final testing they are ready for pick up in one of our warehouses in Goirle , Hilvarenbeek, the Netherlands or our depot in Belgium. You will receive a notification per e-mail after which you can pick the machines up yourself , you can have a courier service pick the machines up for you, or you can have us arrange for shipping. Please note that shipping time is not included in the standard delivery times as we have no influence on third party shipping companies.
