We rent arcade & event entertainment machines to brands, agencies and exhibitors and handle the whole venue side: delivery to your booth, set-up, and collection when the show ends. You focus on the visitors; we handle the logistics, the venue rules and the paperwork.
Delivered to your stand.
Tell us the hall and booth number and we deliver the machine show-ready to your stand at the agreed load-in time — plugged in, tested and play-ready. No freight-desk runaround, no missing parts, no surprises on the morning of the show.
Collected when the show ends.
When the lights go out we come and pick it up from your stand during breakdown. Rental means none of the storage, none of the ownership and none of the haul-it-home hassle — the machine simply appears, performs, and disappears.

We’re regulars at RAI Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Brabanthallen Den Bosch and major exhibition halls right across Europe — from Paris Expo and Brussels Expo to Koelnmesse in Cologne. We know the docks, the lifts, the floor plans and the in-house crews — so your machine gets where it needs to be, on time.

Transport terms and insurance
Free collection by appointment is encouraged. Collect personally or send your own carrier to our central warehouse in Goirle, the Netherlands. Inspect goods before loading and agree the appointment, loading and any export documents in advance. Customer-arranged collection is separate from MFA-arranged CPT transport.
MFA-arranged outgoing transport: CPT (Carriage Paid To), Incoterms® 2020. We arrange and pay the carrier to the destination in your order; agreed freight charges may be billed separately. For business customers, risk of loss or damage passes on actual handover to the first carrier at our central warehouse in Goirle, the Netherlands, unless another point is agreed in writing. A carrier receipt or tracking event showing actual acceptance can prove handover; creating a label alone cannot. Transit loss or damage after that point does not in itself entitle you to a refund, replacement or compensation from MFA. Specific written agreements and mandatory law apply.
We do not provide, sell or arrange transport insurance. We strongly encourage you to arrange your own blanket goods-in-transit policy or cover for the individual shipment before handover. Insurance is optional. Without your own valid cover, goods are not insured against transit loss or damage. Any limited carrier liability is separate from insurance.
