Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
For custom-branded machines, six weeks gives us comfortable lead time for design, production and vinyl printing. For unbranded rentals, two weeks is usually enough — though peak show seasons (IBC, ISE, IBTM) book out earlier.
Can you deliver directly to our stand?
Yes. We coordinate with your stand builder and RAI’s logistics team to deliver during your assigned build-up slot. Machines are tested on-site before we leave.
What about power requirements?
All our machines run on standard European 230 V mains via C-13/C-14 cabling. We always recommend a surge protector — exhibition halls see significant power fluctuation during build-up and show days.
Can we keep the branding after the show?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a rental for one show, then convert to purchase for ongoing roadshow use. We can also re-skin the same machine for a different campaign later.
