Technology may break down unexpectedly, staff may not have the experience to adjust settings and simple things all of a sudden seem complicated. Now imagine having an experienced technician on-call, ready to help diagnose or troubleshoot unexpected glitches or provide instant answers to quick questions—even after hours and on Saturdays. While technicians can not fix an actual physical breakdown per chat or e-mail, they can help remotely in over 90% of urgent service requests. Of course our standard customer service is always available during regular hours, but with a turnaround time of 2-3 days it may not offer the urgency or extended access your situation demands. That’s where a short-term service contract comes in:

Your service contract starts at 08.00 hrs. CET* on the date you select above. The minimum period is 1 day for short events. The maximum period is 30 days. The active period ends at 23.00 hrs. CET on the last day.

While your service contract is active you will get priority access to a service representative and an engineer that are on standby. (See your invoice for instructions)

Expedited service response times are typically between 10 minutes to 4 hours on chat and e-mail ; Mon – Sat. between 08.00 and 23.00 hrs. CET
