When you have one shot to get an event right, a short-term service contract puts an experienced technician on standby — ready to help the moment something goes sideways.
This is a short-term support add-on for high-stakes deployments. While the contract is active you get priority access to a service representative and an engineer on standby, with expedited response times of typically 10 minutes to 4 hours on chat and e-mail, Monday to Saturday between 08.00 and 23.00 hrs. CET (Amsterdam time).
You pick the start date; the active period begins at 08.00 hrs. CET that day and ends at 23.00 hrs. CET on the last day. The minimum period is 1 day for short events and the maximum is 30 days, so you can cover a single launch day or an extended on-site run.
Why it matters on event day
Technology can stall at the worst possible moment, on-site staff may not know how to adjust a setting, and simple things suddenly feel complicated when a crowd is waiting. Standard customer service is always available, but with a 2–3 business-day turnaround it isn’t built for the urgency a live activation demands. An on-call engineer changes that: technicians can’t repair a physical breakdown over chat or e-mail, but they resolve more than 90% of urgent service requests remotely — including after hours and on Saturdays — so your team keeps the experience running instead of troubleshooting it.
What the contract includes
Priority access to the technical team, faster response times outside normal office hours, and direct support from an on-call technician throughout your event or deployment. Instructions for reaching your standby representative and engineer are provided on your invoice. Don’t need expedited or after-hours cover? Regular customer service remains available at all times through the standard business mail address, with messages typically answered within 2–3 business days.
Also known as an expedited support contract, on-call technician cover, or priority service plan. Available for single-day events through to a 30 day on-site run; coverage runs Mon–Sat, 08.00–23.00 hrs. CET.
