We are sorry to hear that you may have experienced some transport damage while receiving your products from Made for Arcade. Let’s see if we can help you with that ! Do note please that in order to file claim for any transport damage there are some procedures we must follow.
For private courier services :
If your product is delivered by private courier please check the goods for any signs of damage while your driver is still with you. Report any damage immediately to the driver. He or She will write a damage report that needs to be signed by you and by the driver. Take a picture of the damage report for your records and take pictures and video of the damaged goods immediately. Make sure to include the license plate of the delivery vehicle in your video. Please note that risk and responsibility of goods transfer to you as soon as the goods are unloaded from the transport vehicle.

Claims without a double-signed damage report can NOT be processed.
For standard trucking or DHL delivery :
While your product is being delivered please check the goods for any signs of damage while your driver is still with you. Report any damage immediately to the driver in writing and have the driver sign the document. Take a picture of the damage report for your records and take pictures and video of the damaged goods immediately. Make sure to include the license plate of the delivery vehicle in your video. Please note that risk and responsibility of goods transfer to you as soon as the goods are unloaded from the transport vehicle. If there is visual damage do not accept the delivery, or file a damage report with the courier by describing the damage in detail on the delivery note (CMR) and have it signed by the driver and by you.

My package was delivered while I was not home !
Per international postal and delivery guidelines you are responsible for the correct receipt of goods. For any transport you will receive a track/trace report from the courier well before delivery. Arrange for correct delivery with the courier by contacting them or selecting the delivery options/times that are available to you. If you allow the courier to leave goods unattended or have them delivered at another place (neigbors for instance) you take full responsibility for delivery and can not file a claim for transport damages or lost items.
