The deposit is there for exactly this, so there is nothing to chase and no awkward conversations. Normal wear from an event is expected and absolutely fine. Yes. For rentals that travel beyond our direct-service zone we hold a refundable security deposit equal to the machine’s full replacement value, alongside the rental fee. It is standard practice and gives both sides peace of mind: the machine comes back in good order, your deposit is refunded in full. Request a quote.
