My Reaction Ring shows C and no longer responds. What should I do?

A C on the display is the maintenance timer, similar to the service reminder in a car. It indicates that the Reaction Ring is due for its regular check-up and will not respond normally until the maintenance reset is completed.

1. Switch off and unplug the machine. Inspect it for worn or damaged parts, loose or damaged wiring and other safety issues. Have any defects corrected before using the machine again.
2. Close and secure all doors and panels, then switch the machine on. Keep people clear of the falling-stick area.
3. With the machine powered on, press and hold the START button continuously for 2 minutes (120 seconds). This runs the self-diagnostic and allows the machine to reset itself.
4. Once the reset has finished, you can operate the machine as usual. A reset does not replace the physical inspection or repair of any defects.
