Yes — and we do it all the time. While plenty of our machines head to big exhibitions and trade shows, just as many go to private parties, office and staff events, product launches, pop-ups and brand activations. You do not need a stand, an exhibitor pass or any logistics arrangements of your own to rent from us.
For these smaller and private bookings we usually handle the transport ourselves, door to door. We send the machine to you ahead of your date by courier (DHL or FedEx) in its own reusable rental crate, you run your event, and it then travels back to us in the same crate — with the return collection arranged by us. There is nothing for you to organise and no third party to chase.
This door-to-door service reaches most of Europe. Because some locations are easier to serve than others, we confirm it for your exact delivery address when we prepare your quote.
