Just a few basics to start: the machine (or machines) you are interested in, the dates you need them, and where the event is taking place — the town or city and country is enough to begin.
From there we work out the best way to get the machine to you and quote it — whether that is our own courier, a door-to-door DHL/FedEx delivery, or a hand-over to a show’s forwarder. If your event is at a large exhibition or trade show, it helps to also share your hall and stand number and your show’s exhibitor or shipping manual (or the official forwarder’s details) if you have them — but none of that is needed for a private event or a door-to-door rental.
