Once your rental is confirmed, we prepare your machine and pack it into a sturdy, reusable crate that protects it in transit, then ship it to your address ahead of your event by courier (DHL or FedEx). It arrives ready to use — our machines are plug-and-play, so you or your team simply switch it on.
When your event is over, you repack the machine into the same crate using the simple instructions we include, and we arrange the return collection — the courier picks it up again from the same address. You do not need to find a shipper, print complicated paperwork or drop anything off; just keep the crate safe until it is collected.
One thing worth knowing about timing: the rental period runs from the day the machine leaves our warehouse to the day it returns, not only your event days, because there is a little transit time each way.
