Absolutely — most of our rental customers do not have one, and they never need one. A freight forwarder only matters for large trade shows where the venue requires that an official, appointed contractor moves goods on and off the hall floor. That is the exception, not the rule.
For everything else — private events, parties, offices, showrooms and smaller activations — we arrange the transport for you. In most cases that means shipping the machine to your door by courier and arranging its return, all handled on our side. You simply tell us where it is going and when you need it.
And if your event does happen to be at a major exhibition that uses an appointed forwarder, that is no problem either: we hand the crated machine over to them and tell you exactly what to pass on. Either way, you are never left to work out logistics on your own. Request a quote.
