How early do we need to confirm?
Six weeks is the comfortable window for fully branded machines (artwork, print, fit). Plain rentals can be turned around in about two weeks — peak shows book earlier still.
Will you set up at our booth?
Absolutely. We schedule with your stand builder and MECC Maastricht site logistics, deliver during your build-up slot, test every cabinet on-stand and only leave once it’s running.
Power and cabling — what do we need?
Standard 230 V European mains, C-13/C-14 cabling — that’s it. We do recommend a surge protector at the stand, since voltage fluctuates a lot during build-up.
Can the wrap be reused?
Of course. Plenty of clients buy the cabinet outright after their first show, or keep it on rental and re-wrap it for the following campaign — we keep your design files on file.
Is there on-site technical support?
We do. Add our “expedited on-call service contract” to your booking and you have direct WhatsApp access plus same-day on-site response throughout the event.
