Common questions from exhibitors
What’s the lead time on a rental?
Custom branded cabinets need around six weeks for design, print and fitting. Unbranded rentals can usually be confirmed two weeks out, though peak weeks fill up fast.
Do you deliver to the venue?
Yes — door-to-stand. We work with your build crew and Messe Basel’s logistics team so machines arrive in your assigned build-up window, tested before we hand over.
Do the machines need special power?
Every cabinet runs on a standard 230 V European mains feed via C-13/C-14. A surge protector is strongly recommended — show floors are notorious for voltage spikes.
What happens to the branding after the event?
Yes — and many exhibitors do. Some convert from rental to purchase after the first show; others keep the cabinet on a rolling rental and re-skin it for the next campaign.
What if something breaks during the show?
Yes — and we recommend it for any multi-day show. Our “expedited on-call service contract” gets an engineer to your stand fast if anything misbehaves.
