A classic Hook a Duck fishing game, custom-built for the floor — the low-threshold crowd magnet that pulls people in and gives your team a reason to start a conversation.
Originally built by our design team for the large KubeCon convention in Amsterdam 2026, this fishing game stands 2 metres tall and measures 80 × 60 cm. It comes complete with 2 fishing rods, a lantern to hang on the side hook, 40,000 pieces of dry crystal bedding and 10 ducks — everything you need to run it straight out of the gate.
Castor wheels mean it rolls into position in seconds, so it slots into a booth, a foyer or an event corner without a build crew. With the KubeCon run complete, it’s now available at a hugely discounted price.
Why it works on the floor
Hook a Duck is the lowest-friction game there is: anyone can pick up a rod, hook a duck and win in seconds, which means nobody hesitates to play. That instant participation is exactly what draws visitors to your booth and holds them there long enough for your team to engage in a lighthearted but captivating way. The queue itself becomes a talking point, dwell time climbs, and every play is a natural opening for a conversation, a lead or a giveaway hand-off — a buy-once asset that earns its keep across event after event.
Make it yours
The game can be personalised to meet your brand or product, so the stall reads as part of your stand rather than a generic rental — your colours, your message, your machine. Custom branding is available as an option, turning a fun activity into a memorable, on-message touchpoint that people photograph and share. The result is the kind of warm, playful brand recall that a banner can’t buy.

Also known as a fishing game or duck pond stall. Personal branding available as an option.
