It depends on the type of event — and in most cases the answer is simply we do.
For private events, parties, activations and other non-exhibition bookings, we arrange the transport ourselves: usually a door-to-door courier service (DHL or FedEx) that delivers the crated machine to your address and collects it again afterwards. There is nothing for you to organise.
At large trade shows it works differently, because most major venues appoint an official freight forwarder who delivers to every exhibitor’s stand and removes everything at breakdown. If your show works that way, you add your machine to that arrangement; we hand the crated machine over at our warehouse and tell you exactly what to give your forwarder.
