Distance is rarely a problem — we rent right across Europe, and for events further from our Dutch warehouse we have two routes and pick whichever suits your event best.
For most events — private parties, activations, smaller or one-off bookings — we ship the machine to you door to door by courier (DHL or FedEx). It travels in its own rental crate, arrives ahead of your date, and goes back to us in the same crate with a return collection we arrange. You do not need a forwarder or any logistics of your own; we handle it.
For large exhibitions and trade shows, the venue often appoints an official freight forwarder that already handles your stand. There, we prepare and crate the machine ready for collection from Goirle and hand it to that forwarder — which keeps costs down and fits their schedule — and we tell you exactly what to pass on.
