Custom branded cabinets need around six weeks for design, print and fitting. Unbranded rentals can usually be confirmed two weeks out, though peak weeks fill up fast.
Do you deliver to the venue?
Yes — door-to-stand. We work with your build crew and Messe Essen’s logistics team so machines arrive in your assigned build-up window, tested before we hand over.
Do the machines need special power?
Every cabinet runs on a standard 230 V European mains feed via C-13/C-14. A surge protector is strongly recommended — show floors are notorious for voltage spikes.
